Len Shapiro

President

Len Shapiro has over 40 years of engineering, project development, construction and operations experience in energy and power projects worldwide.

Before forming ERG, Mr. Shapiro worked for Stewart & Stevenson, now owned by General Electric Energy, Williams & Lane (a General Motors - Allison Distributor), and TransAmerica, Kongsberg and UTC – Pratt and Whitney corporations.

Mr. Shapiro started his career working with NASA and UTC in gas turbine engine design which subsequently lead to engineering and business development positions in power generation and energy systems.

Mr. Shapiro has held a variety of roles and key management positions involving the construction of more than 40 energy projects, interfacing and working closely with major international engineering firms, financial lending institutions, utilities /municipalities, general industry and governments - both domestic and international.

Mr. Shapiro holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Florida and is a Senior Member of the Association of Energy Engineers.

Mark Sindeband

Consultant, Project Management

Mark Sindeband has worked with ERG since 2003 to assist with the development of several power project development opportunities, bringing over 30 years experience in energy and power project development.

As a Consultant at Science Applications International Corp, (SAIC) Mr. Sindeband was closely involved with various energy efficiency and distributed generation programs sponsored by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA). Before that, Mr. Sindeband worked directly for Consolidated Edison Company of N.Y. serving in a variety of management positions in utility operations, rate engineering, and market development.

Prior to Con Edison, Mr. Sindeband was Vice President of Marketing for Hercules Engines.

Mr. Sindeband holds a B.A. from Columbia College and served as Captain in the United States Army Reserve with a tour of duty in Vietnam.

Jeffrey Shapiro

General Counsel

Jeffrey Shapiro has approximately 10 years of various legal experience and is involved in ERG business, environmental, and contract law review. He is a
former Washington, D.C. prosecutor and trial lawyer licensed to practice law in California, Florida and Washington, D.C.

Mr. Shapiro holds a B.S. degree in Political Science from Florida State University and a J.D. in law from the University of Florida.
