In 1997, Energy Resources Group, Inc (ERG) was formed to develop and facilitate project venture arrangements in the independent power production and alternative energy fields.

These projects involve :

(1)  Aquisition, merger, or sale of existing electric power plant assets,

(2)  Development, engineering and construction of new or repowered electric and cogeneration power plants,

(3)  Acquisition and or construction of related energy facilities and infrastructure,

(4)  Asset management and restructuring of operating facilities.
